We ordered 4 rugs and waited for 8 days for delivery. That was good timing if all the rugs had come. Our order was split into 2 deliveries. One arrived on Saturday. The other was supposed to arrive Saturday and did not arrive till sunday. No problem we were watching for it. We waited with excitement. The 2nd package arrived missing one rug. We waited for the package to show up on the website as delivered so we could call and confirm we didn't get it. We called and were told they are sending an email and want us to reply with pictures and upc codes of what we recieved. we didn't have issues with this ordering product from Amazon. We love the rugs and no regrets there. Seems like the website is all about promoting sales and up selling. I get it that things get lost in the mail. The waiting for a reply email and a new rug if we get it has ruined the entire experience. Still debating whether I will order anymore rugs from this company.

UPDATE: They have replied here as if this is news to them. As if I don’t have 14 emails in a chain with them about the points I make. They promised to rectify the matter if I made the purchase for 2 large mats and then sent them the order number so they could change the “free” medium to a large. However they never confirmed my order. Therefore I don’t have an order number. Moreover, it’s been 13 days since the order and it isn’t even showing on my account as ordered. I have done a chargeback with my cr card. Their products are great. However, their false and misleading offers on their advertising go against consumer protection laws. In the US, every offer that does not have a caveat is open ended. For example their Buy 2 Get 1 free or Free Mat with the Purchase of 2 Mats should mean that the free one would be equal to the lesser of the 2 purchased. So suppose you buy a Med and Large, then the free would be a Med. But if you buy 2 Large, you can assume that the free one will be Large. However, no matter your purchase, they will only supply a Med as the free one. Remember, there is no caveat on their offer and NOWHERE in their offer (or anywhere in the ad) is that stated. Their attempt to only give you a Med no matter if you purchase 2 Large is ILLEGAL IN THE US. Don't be OK with that. Fight back, call them out on this, let your state's AG know this.

These mats are totally mis represented, they do not take care of the foot traffic like the say, once you wash them that's the end of what little they did in the first place. No good and mis represented and expensive!!!!

Overall great. Reasonable prices, timely delivery and we love the mats! Four stars only bc of experience with “free reward” that I wasn’t given the opportunity to remove before order was complete (since it wasn’t free).

We bought our first muddy mat bed last year for our rescue Chihuahua who was having difficulty sleeping through the night in her crate. The very first night after receiving the muddy mat bed, she slept in and hasn't had a problem since! She runs into the crate every night. So, we purchased additional beds for our daughter's pup and two more for our crew. They are so user friendly. I especially appreciate the ability to remove the chenille cover from the insert. It makes cleaning so easy. Our pups are clean, fresh and comfy! Thank You MuddyMat

I currently have 5 Muddy Mats. They are great with paws. When I come in, 2 or 3 wipes of my shoes....dry and clean. A definite recommend.

Customer service was great when I asked a question about my order. The product description was accurate and the product good quality. I think the mats actually look better in person than in the website photos.

We recently installed new laminate flooring. I’ve always had rugs at all my entry ways. Years ago I had similar rugs to Muddy Mats, but the store I where I bought them went out of business. It occurred to me when I saw the Muddy Mats advertised on television that they would work perfectly even though I didn’t have pets. The color choices were great, and the price was quite reasonable. I have 3 of them, and when we walk into our home they catch the bulk of what we brought in from the outside. They actually are a much better quality than the similar rugs I had before, and so easy to wash and dry. So happy I found these. I recommend them highly!
