Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We LOVE our Muddy Mat K9 bed and rugs! Our Aussie Doodle wasn't sure at first but after a day or so she came around, now this is her spot in the house. It’s super cozy and supportive, The rugs have honestly been a game changer. With an active dog going in and out, we used to have dirt and moisture tracked through the house constantly. These rugs catch so much of it at the door that our floors stay noticeably cleaner. They absorb really well and are easy to maintain. If you have pets, especially dogs that love the outdoors and like to sneak in the pond I highly recommend these. Great quality, super functional, and clearly pet-approved in our home. Definitely a 5-star purchase for us! 🐾

I believe they have false advertising. It states if you buy two mats you will receive 1 free. It is made to believe that you would get the same size mat as you bought. Nope the only size you will receive is MEDIUM.

Bought several rugs and all sizes even a dog bed. Told my daughter to order some I know that it was about a year ago but damn they are falling apart when I called they asked several questions the washing and drying and that was it. Now I questioned my just buying at Walmart a lot of money to not last a year

We have 2 small dogs but I bought the bigger beds for them because the toys usually end up in there too. Our dogs typically sleep in our bed. Not since we got these! They obviously love them!

I couldn’t be happier with our Muddy Mat dog bed—neither could my dog! What really says it all is this: my dog is always welcome to sleep with me on my king-size bed, but ever since her Muddy Mat bed arrived, she consistently chooses her own bed instead. That alone speaks volumes about how comfortable it is. The bed itself is fantastic. It arrived beautifully packaged, smelled fresh right out of the box, and is clearly made from high-quality materials. It strikes the perfect balance between supportive and super soft—exactly what you’d want for your pet. I also have to highlight how impressed I was with their customer support. After placing my order, I checked the Shop app listed on my receipt, and it showed completely incorrect information—it said my order was coming from Sweden and didn’t recognize my email or phone number at all. Naturally, I was concerned. I reached out to support and, within just 3 hours, received a thoughtful and reassuring response. They provided me with a proper tracking link, confirmed everything was in order, and clarified that the bed was actually shipping from California. Sure enough, it arrived at my door just two days later. Their support team was personable, compassionate, and genuinely focused on making sure I felt confident and taken care of. That level of service really stood out. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to include a name or signature in support emails. Each reply was signed “Customer Service Team,” which initially made me wonder if it was an automated response. Adding a personal name would make an already great experience feel even more human. Overall, I highly recommend Muddy Mat. Great product, fast shipping, and truly excellent customer care.

I love the muddy mats! I have bought many for my house and I loved them so much that I bought them for my son and daughter-in-law as well. I have also bought the large dog bed and the muddy mat for wiping the dog after his bath. I put December 8 as the date of my experience, however, I bought them all throughout 2025

I have several Muddy Mat products and I love all of them! The anti-mud mats and shammy towels are the BEST and truly the easiest thing to get my pups paws clean when they come inside. Since I love those products, I went ahead and got each of my dogs a cloud bed and my review for those beds: the dogs literally choose the beds over cuddling on the couch so...safe to say they love them! (And I do as well - so easy to clean!!).

I have two dogs and, at times, a house full of dirt tracks when it rains. The Muddy Mat stops that from happening. There are four entrances in my home. In front of each door, there is a Muddy Mat. Thank you for making it possible to stop the outside dirt from coming in! Elizabeth Cooper
