The product is OUTSTANDING!! However the online ordering process is unclear when ordering multiples and the CONSTANT "but wait!! Theres more! And how about this and this and this".... this is very annoying! Like 6 or 7 times to click on 'no thanks' before your order is completed. Enough already. Hence 4 stars instead of 5.

I SHIPPED BACK 2 RUGS WITH A PRE PAID RETURN LABEL AND MUDDY MATS TELLS ME THEY DIDNT GET THE RETURN. THEY WILL LIE AND CHEAT YOU! I WASTED MONEY! STAY AWAY FROM MUDDY MATS! I shipped my reutn on March 12th!

I absolutely LOVE my Muddy Mats!! They really do catch the dirt, mud, snow, & anything else on my dogs’ paws when they come inside! And you can just throw them in the wash machine & they’re good as new! Better still, we are OBSESSED with our Muddy Mat Cloud Nine beds!!!! My dogs…& cats…. LOVE them!!!! The best part is that they have NOT destroyed them, nor attempted to!!!! These are the greatest invention since sliced bread!!! If you know what’s good for you, & your fur babies, you’ll order yours TODAY!!! Don’t wait!!! You won’t regret it!!!!

It does everything it claims to. It’s fully waterproof backing is 100% anti slip. The colors are beautiful. It’s perfectly soft. My dog scratches at it like he is digging a hole in the ground (feels good on his paws) and has never ripped a thread out (can’t say the same for my couch!). I wash them nearly weekly and they still look new after a couple of years. The debris stays in the fibers until you shake it out and it is miraculously clean again. It’s that easy. I live in snowy winters and these rugs have never disappointed me. We scratch our snow boots on them and all the snow stays on the rugs.

I got my buy two get one free medium muddy mat and absolutely love them they work so well I am ordering the runners and the larger version for my back patio door ! The mediums work great for our bathrooms and we have rugs where we get in bed and I will be getting some there as well ! We have five dogs and these are a blessing in our house since I had mine I've washed them twice and they are made great

The mat fit perfectly in the spot we wanted The dogs seem to enjoy it in the sun. MY husband likes it by the back door when he comes in from the barn. Easy to clean.

The customer service is very quick to get back with information requested And this is very appreciated

I called for help regarding the size of my dogs and staff was very helpful. The products are wonderful and now I’m onto more beds more mats and a cleaner house.
