Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

Great customer service

We got smaller mats and we love them. My dogs sit on the one i put by the sink waiting for treats! I ordered my dogs a dog bed and and they love it.the mats pick up everything. I will order a bigger one in front of my sink I LOVE THEM I have ordered more!!

We are so glad we bought Muddy Mats. We have dogs and live on a dirt road. Our driveway is dirt. Before our Muddy Mats arrived, our floors (and furniture) were always dirty! We chose the "Buy Two, get a Third One for Free" offer. Perfect as we have 3 doors open to the outside. One of our dogs stops and wipes her paws. The other one just runs straight to the indoors. The only problem was our doors won't open over the mat. We have to put the mat outside the door. Thanks for helping us solve our problem. We also think when we leave the house, we carry some dirt from the floors inside onto the mats. Yay!

Fast shipping, quality made and useful product. Excellent price point and color options.

My chat with customer service was very nice. They were helpful, courteous, professional, very polite. They answered all my questions and more. Very helpful. Thank you so much.

I never really thought about mats before until I got a dog. These mats catch it all. I recently had an experience where I had to toss one of my mats in the washing machine. My dog got sick and it played out on a muddy Mat. It all washed out! Thanks Muddy Mat. Also, the outdoor mat is terrific also!

I had a misunderstanding making my purchase, after reaching out to them for help they were very efficient fixed my order.

Great product!!! My puppy loves her new bed. Although she is a small dog (12 pounds) I bought her the medium sized K9 cloud bed. Why can’t she have a king sized bed like humans do? After all she is a little independent. I’m soooo happy I saw your ad on facebook. And your customer support team is amazing.
