Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

Love these mats/rugs I bought 3 and then love them so much I went back and bought 3 more I have 2 pugs which shed a ton and these help with that too oh I bought the brown ones but got the light blue for my bathroom and it brightens up that space just love these rugs

I think this is one of the best experiences I've ever had with any company they are kind courteous and if you have any doubts get a hold of them right away and they will definitely clear your mind of doubts there's a lot of scams out there and this is not one of them and if you're thinking about buying it like I did and keep backing out of the ad online or not paying attention to it on TV and your skeptical be skeptical no more the muddy Matt is a good buy I love it I'm going to order another one that's how much I love it thank you muddy Matt

These ads are not hype ! These beds are amazing ! If we’re in the living room and my dog’s bed is in the bedroom, she’ll bark at us to bring her bed to the living room! She LOVES it! So I have two, but am thinking I need one more! I also have two Muddy Mats, which I love! Added bonus: Customer Service is excellent!

My name is Donna Colette Crane and I just wanted to share my experience with other potential customers. You will not regret buying these rugs! They are thick and absorbent. They have a rubber backing which keeps all of that moisture in the rug and not on your floors. I just put new floors down and I have Muddy Mats all over my house to protect my new floors. I have bought Muddy Mats more than once and I will buy them again. They have a great selection of colors also.

Love Love Love these rugs!! Best thing ever for animals and littles. I have 7 of these in different sizes around my house, I especially like the runner. This company has great products and AWESOME customer service!!

The check out system is difficult to navigate and didn’t allow my to apply my gift card

I love both of my Muddy Mats. I had a problem with delivery and customer service was great. I ordered two mats. One came without the second one. They promptly resent the mat I did not receive. I am so glad they did because I love them both. I will be ordering more.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE; GREAT PRODUCT; RECEIVED PRODUCT WHEN PROMISED. I have ordered twice from Muddy Mat. The first time was from an add on Facebook. I ordered a dog bed; the price was less than their website. I contacted the company after being charged more than expected. I was asked for the price and where I ordered the bed. Fortunately, I had taken a screen shot of the reduced price. After providing the information requested, I was refunded the difference plus the sales tax on the additional amount. It was credited to my bank account within a couple of days. My dog loves it, as well as our cat! Last night I ordered the buy 2, get 1 free Muddy Mat. I also ordered the Rubber Scrubbers and Rug Gripping Pads, but after placing my order, changed my mind on them. I contacted the company; they offered me a 50% discount, which I declined. Today I received a text letting me know the items were removed from my order and I would receive a refund shortly. I am hoping for the fast refund, as well as the "as promised" delivery time!
