I'm very pleased with the product, my Beagle loves his bed! Receiving the order was a problem though. I paid for express delivery and almost didn't receive it at all without frantic phone calls to the delivery service. It's a long story but to say it makes me hesitant to order again is an understatement! I would tell people to please not hesitate to call the number associated with the tracking number!

Update: I’m quite pleased that Muddy Mat has reached out to me per their response to my original review and will replace the product. I’m extremely happy with their mats and will provide an update on the bed once the new one has arrived. We first purchased a small Muddy Mat to test out how well it worked collecting dirt and water when our pup entered the house from outside. It worked so well that we ordered a bigger one for another one of our entrances. When we received the advertisement for the Muddy Mat bed we also placed an order in November 2025. Our dog enjoyed it for a bit but we noticed it was beginning to fall apart after only 4 months. I contacted muddy Matt in May 2026 after a large seem had come apart in the Muddy Mat bed. I was informed that Muddy Mat’s policy is to replace items before a 60 day period. This was very disappointing considering there was obviously a defect in the product. I sent pictures. My advice would be to purchase Muddy Mat floor mats, but stay away from purchasing the Muddy Mat for your Pet since they do not stand behind the quality of their products beyond a two month period.

This is my first experience ordering Muddy Mats but let me tell you they are WONDERFUL!!!! Our dogs and cat love them as well they lounge on them lol. I will be ordering more for sure keeps my floors clean!!!! I ordered 2 but didn't get my free 1 but no worries it'll be fine .

10/10 recommend! We a large dog and have an XL mat at every door that leads to the exterior. With how big of a difference it has made with the cleanliness of my house every time the dog goes in and out - I will never be using other mats by the doors again.

Received my mats works well for mud but it slips all over the place. They claim non slip but when I contacted customer service they told me to go buy non slip items to put on the bottom of the mat. No where on their site does it say you have to do that. The mats do not stay put constantly putting them back it place.

This is my first experience with your company. Having said that, I can tell that you guys are very customer service oriented! Everyone I’ve communicated with has been friendly and on the ball. After I make an order, that will be the real test- but so far. So good. 😊

Product is lovely and well made. Customer service was quick and efficient. A great shopping experience.
