When placing an order And you have it shipped to a PO Box it may take a little longer. This is what happened in my case. My post office is a satellite post office, which is not open on the weekends so my package was returned, but we contacted Muddy Mat and they were on top of it The only problem that we did have was muddy mat grip slip stickers. They need to be improved. Need more exposure to the corners to lift the tape off the sticky part that goes to the back of the Muddy mat We thought 2 of them we could not put it apart

It is exactly what is advertised love them

I love my muddy mat that keeps my floors cleaner, so when I saw the bed I ordered it. Have had it for about 2 to 3 weeks and my girl, a mini dachshund won’t even lay on it. I tried putting a weight on it hoping to make an indent to entice her to lay on it but no luck. It sits in the corner unused. If you have suggestions, please let me know. Otherwise I will be donating it to a local shelter. So disappointed…….. Kathleen Roe Roebling NJ

I ordered 2 medium and one large muddy mat rug for my house. I have two German shepherds and they can really track in all sorts of dirt and sand. I had the rugs for one week and decided they are so amazing, I ordered two of the large dog beds as well! My order came really quickly too!

I love these mats! I'm 73 years old and struggle keeping my floors clean. I started with putting them at doorways. I loved them so much I added two, one in front of the sink and one in front of the stove. They are easier to clean than constant mopping and the bonus is the relief on my back on long days of cooking and doing dishes. Best purchase ever and a great product at a great price!

Our mini doxie loves his new bed. We see him become calm and relax the moment he gets on the bed. Thank you for a wonderful product.

Great Product Great Customer Service

Horrible customer service. Only bots- no humans. They sent the wrong size bed, would not cancel the order when I noticed the error on the order confirmation, and made return so difficult it was not worth the hassle. Avoid.
