The communication with customer service via email was great. I needed to exchange and we worked it out. I own 5 large muddy mats, 5 door muddy mats and soon to receive a runner. The runner I have that "looks like" a muddy mat just slides around and water can penetrate through it. Thank you, Muddy Mat!

I have several of these mats and they’re great. Both doors leading outside, at the kitchen sink, in both bathrooms and at the garage door have the protection of these mats. You could appreciate these mats even if you didn’t have a pet. Thank you so much for creating Muddy Mats

I love my muddy mat, it has helped immensely to control all the dirt my dogs bring in to my house from the back yard. They are also durable, I'm always washing them cause of all the dirt they trap, and they are intact. I'm always promoting the muddy mat among my friends and family and planning on buying more for other areas in the house. I highly recommend them, they are a great investment.

I posted on a Facebook feed that 2 of my dogs beds ripped easily with my 2 bigger dogs. Didn't expect anything just posted that. I instantly received a fb message that they would replace my 2 dog beds. I dodnt even know they had this option. I sent pictures to them of the 2 beds and they replaced them! Never expected to have them replaced. Amazing customer service. I also have the 7 of the mud mats. They are a great product.

I purchased three of these mats—two for my bathrooms—and I couldn't be happier with them. They are incredibly soft and plush underfoot, making them very comfortable to step on after a shower. These mats absorb water extremely well and help keep the floor dry. I've washed them several times, and they've held up beautifully. While they do take a little longer to dry because of their thickness, they come out looking great every time and bounce right back to their original shape and softness. The quality is excellent, and they still look and feel like new. I would definitely purchase these again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a durable, absorbent, and comfortable bath mat or door mats.
