Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

I am so happy I bought Muddy Mat bed for my two Boston’s, Gracie and Marlee. They love it! Marlee is 10 months old and used to roam around the house at night almost none stop (I have Blink). Since I got the bed she sleeps all night! It’s amazing. Thank you sooo much for creating this bed 💕 🐶🐶 💕

Accidentally ordered something I didn’t want. Customer Service got back to me very quickly and were very helpful getting it taken off my order. Got my Muddy Mats quickly and very happy with them. Was a gift and my father is thrilled. Plus it’s raining so putting them to use immediately. Thanks!!

I’m so disappointed in this company. I have five of these beds for my Pugs and I was in love with the beds. They have now changed them to a very cheaply made bed where you get hardly any stuffing at all and there is no Velcro on the back. It comes with a very tiny zipper on the back and the beds smell horrible. The inner bed is no longer a nice material that will last. It is also a very cheap material that will not last. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend the cloud nine bed and I am so disappointed for my Pugs. When I received my fifth and final bed today, it had a fourth of the bed filled with stuffing and the rest was empty. They did offer to send another one, but if they are being made the same as the one they just sent me, I do not want another one. Please Muddy Mat bring back the old beds! I have always had the saying, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!

I don't have a dog but I'm gladly using the Muddy mat as.a.bath mat after.my shower. It feels so soft and doesn't slide around.Very happy with it!

Their products are exactly as advertised. Traps dirt, water, non skid ( which is very important to me as a senior) vibrant colors. I have a bed, 2 mats, and a bed cover ( which I use as a cushion in my lil’ prince’s car bed. It replaced an unattractive hospital pad. 🥴 The customer service is fantastic, and the prices are wonderful. I’m happy I found them.

I love mine it works good

What I did not like about the ordering process is.I really don't know where the hell I ordered that from. I don't know if it's a scam or if it is the muddy mat site. They didn't show the shipping until I had already put in credit card.It complete information and thought it was about to come out with free shipping. And then they offered you three choices and you had to pay for shipping. Then , even though they say that the mat will not bunch up in , they said you need to buy something extra that you put under the mat that keeps it from bunching. Didn't I offered you about 4 other products? So by the time you finished checking out just to get the basics, it costs quite a bit more than you thought it was going to cost.I feel like that is a scam scam scam. They need to be up front with all the charges before you check out.Not right when you're about to have it sent out. So I don't even know if I'm an even gonna get the product and it was over $200 because they're bit large mats, which you really need for kitchens, it's very expensive that's with a 70% discount. It's just ridiculous. So I hope it's worth it because if I have to return it who knows how much postage they'll charge. There was just not a full disclosure of what you were getting , and how much it was going to cost before you were asked to pay for it.

These really are the best! They arrive quickly and they are well made.
