I accidently did not check the default color when ordering and got the wrong color on 3 of the mats I and ordered. Once I contacted customer service, it was immediately rectified. We love the product, very easy to use and clean! Thanks!

I love my muddy mats and my dog does too! She spends more time laying on the rugs than in her dog beds! I love that they are so easy to care for, Ordering was easy and I received them in a timely manner.

Love my Muddy Mats. They are great and convenient. Had a miscommunication on an order. Customer Service was right on it. Will absolutely recommend and will be buying more. Oh and my 3 dogs Love the Muddy Mats too!!

I love all things muddy mats!!! I use the rugs on my porch, I have them in my kitchen and bathroom and every entry. I also have the dog beds which both of my dogs enjoy. The towels are great to absorb the water when they get their baths. Customer service is always friendly and helpful. I have only had a problem with one item and I notified them and they replaced the item. Great customer service!!
