I could not find the place to remove the cover. It was so well hidden to protect pets from chewing I thought I got the wrong product. After emailing this morning 7/9/26 within a few hours I received information on where to find the zipper. The customer service was amazing. I recommend this product and company for their great product and customer service.

I put Muddy Mat by our sliding door going outside to the patio. On the patio we have a "catio" for our two cats. Between outside dirt and kitty litter, Muddy Mat works wonderfully. Also I love the fact that it doesn't slip around on the floor like other rugs I've had. I've washed it, per the instructions, and it comes out like new. It's a very good deal and it looks nice on the floor.

These are the best pet mats. I even like walking on them in my bare feet! Very easy to clean also. I have bought several.

Commercial says throw in washer. Great. Threw both in dryer and backing cracked off. Waste of money Also they do slide. My new ones did

i really love this product. i had purchased some in the past so i bought some larger ones. i have cats that are always in and out. they bring in sandy feet. easy to clean and they look nice. i also have one in the bathroom. super convenient and the price is right.

Terrific Customer Service! I had an issue checking out on my recent purchase but the customer service department responded to my email almost immediately. I have several items from Muddy Mat. They are all great! All dog beds for my dogs who love them. Both the dogs have issues with their hips which in other beds they would get uncomfortable and have to change positions a lot. They do not do that with these beds from Muddy Mat, they cuddle down into them and sleep soundly. I am extremely happy with their product and their customer service is great! They deserve 10 stars!
