I emailed customer service requesting that my order be cancelled. They responded very quickly, seeking more information about the reason for that decision. Once I explained my reasons, they came up with a very good solution that addressed my concern, and I went ahead with the order. This was amazingly effective communication and customer service the likes of which I've never encountered before.

I bought two muddy mats of different sizes for the kitchen and bathroom in my new apartment. They were and are perfect. Nice looking, comfy on bare feet and sturdy.

My 3 yo frenchie loves her new bed. Even chose it over sleeping with me for 1/2 the night! LOL! With the breeds fragile spines, I’m so glad to see her so comfortable .

I first bought Muddy Mats for my chihuahua, who was 17. I liked the mat. She liked the mat. My 2 cats liked the mat. I walk with a cane… I liked that the mat stayed where I wanted it. My dog crossed the rainbow bridge. But I kept on going in and out. We have lots of rain, my floors stayed clean. I have 2 furnished rental apartments, I bought 2 mats for each of them… The floors there stayed cleaner too! And the carpet that was just beyond the entrance also stayed cleaner. The wood floors stayed cleaner. My cats would like Muddy Mats for their beds… that hasn’t happened yet, but they sleep often next to the doors. So we all live happily ever after with Muddy Mats!

I finally received my muddy mat dog bed after waiting 10 days for it to arrive. They do advertise that they have two or three day shipping, but that was not the case for me once I finally received it. I was so excited. I took it out of the airtight bag that it was in put it on the floor and that’s where it’s been sitting ever since my dog has laid in at one time and has not went back to it since I think that it is very overrated and very expensive. I paid around $80 for it and it just is going to sit in the floor obviously.

Muddy Matt is one of the best products I’ve purchased. I have two boxers who run in & out all day long & when it rains they would track a bunch of mud in with them. I’ve purchased 4 Muddy Matt’s and couldn’t be happier they absorb 75% of the mess that my girls bring in!! TKU so much for these Matt’s it makes my house stay so much cleaner!!
