I love Muddy Mat rugs. With three Golden Retrievers and nine cats, these rugs are invaluable. As litter catch mats, they outperform every other similarly designed rug on the market, not only in their ability to trap stray litter but they don't fall apart in the washer/dryer (cool water/low heat). That said... Their customer service is sorely lacking. I normally purchase from Amazon but I decided to purchase from their website during one of their recent sales. Order not only never showed up - it never even shipped after weeks of waiting. I was able to get a refund but instead of refunding the entire purchase amount at once, they refunded each rug separately, forcing me to calculate from four separate emails to ensure I'd received the entire amount. I subsequently and hesitantly placed a second order which did show up. Now, my biggest complaint - I'd originally contacted customer service to let them know that I felt there was a huge gap in their rug sizes - 36"x48". The sold 36"x24" but then jumped right up to 36"x60"! After much back and forth on FB Messaging (I'm guessing they use AI), the conversation simply ended with a thanks for pointing it out but no real concern about this gap. I'd hesitated long enough (about a month) to reorder after the first order didn't show up, but when I went back to the website - there it was: 36"x42", just shy of the 48" that would have been ideal but it still works. Did they contact me to thank me for suggesting the size? Did they even at least contact me to let me know it was now available. After several back and forth conversations regarding how much I needed this size..., not a single peep. I had to discover it by accident. As someone who managed retail stores and regularly trained associates on proper customer service etiquette, this was unacceptable. Resting on your laurels simply because your product is popular gets you lower ratings. Customer service still matters!

These mats are amazing. I noticed right away they make me not have to clean the kitchen floors multiple times per day like I usually would! We have 3 kids and 2 dogs, and there is a ton of traffics in and out of our house all day long. They not only are super absorbent with wet human and dog feet, but they also trap particles that might be stuck to feet from coming in from the backyard or outside. Super easy to clean- just shake outside for frequent cleaning, (or I’ve used my hard floor vacuuming time carefully for a quick “fluff”) and they wash up really easily in the washing machine too. I am buying more of them to set out in front showers and bathtubs in the bathrooms. I love how absorbent they are for that!

They kept contact right from the start; seemed like they were very genuine people. Lately I've not had very good luck with on-line shopping.

We absolutely love muddy mats! Maddie enjoys her bed and uses it all the time. Thank you for making such great products.

My wife saw MM advertised somewhere and wanted one. I bought her two bc it looked good reading the ad. After several months of using those two, I bought her three more. MM ads were accurate describing the product and its performance. They work. They work well enough I bought 5 so far. I like them enough there are a couple more in the plans. Good as it gets, doesn't get any better than this.

These mats are amazing. Very good at trapping dirt, very absorbent. Lots of color and size options so they look good and lay in place nicely without bunching up or sliding. I have them at all doors, pet feeding station and in front of my refrigerator.

The 2 smaller mats move, whether from feet or cats. We have two 36” x 59”, they are so heavy to shake out. My husband said not to get anymore that big. I have not tried to vacuum them, I thought the vacuum would eat them.
