Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

Despite it's pale color, this rug does a great job of camouflaging debris that gets tracked in from the front door. In an amazing stroke of luck, it arrived just a couple days before our dog peed copiously onto the rug. It puddled up as if the rug were a vinyl floor. I wiped the urine up with paper towels and threw the rug in the washer, though in all honesty I probably could have just hosed it off. It looks as great as ever.

I'm using my muddy run for the entrance of my camper. It work fabulous. Love the colors also..

I contacted Muddy Customer Support on Wednesday evening after receiving my dog bed that afternoon. After I explained the issue, they asked me to email a few specific details along with photos. I promptly sent everything they requested. In less than 12 hours, they responded to my email. In less than 24 hours, they had already arranged to replace the bed that had arrived defective. The entire process was incredibly easy, and their customer service was exceptional. They communicated promptly, resolved the issue without any hassle, and exceeded my expectations. It's refreshing to work with a company that stands behind its products and values its customers. Thank you for an outstanding experience!

Love these dog beds. We have two of them and even our cats love them! Very easy to wash the outer layer as well.

I ordered a red doormat size rug to put in front of our back door, which is where my two dogs typically track in crepe Myrtle flowers, moss and other grasses they decide to roll in. One dog’s nick name is Velcro. The muddy mat is helping me keep up with his mess. All I have to do is shake it out! I’ve only had it about a week, so I’ll be laundering it this weekend. I expect it to look new for a while.

I bought two large and one small dog bed. Day one only one dog went on the bed. I contacted the company to return the other two. The promptly got back to me but all dogs are now using the beds!!!Nice product, nice customer service. Mary P Vaiani

I have purchased 10 Muddy Mats over the past year and a half. Two were for outdoor entryway. Love them! I've even gifted a couple to dog lovers. Highly recommend. They do a great job of keeping tracked dirt to a minimum.
