BEWARE MSI Credit is a fraud! They knowingly lied to me! Please contact for specific details. msicredit.com They told me clearly that what they say verbally is not what they follow. They will not remove accurate items from your credit report which is the opposite of what Adrian Vega told me. I was charged over $2,500 over the course of a year and I got absolutely NOTHING for it! They did claim to remove 5 items one of those was a settled in full car payment from years ago that was likely about to fall off my credit report anyway. Update 12/11/2018 to their claim! : If you are looking for a "coach" to get your credit in line then maybe go with this company. Let me state clearly, I didn't HIRE MSI to do anything other than remove items from my credit. They didn't do that and now they want to point the finger. I did add some credit and had a missed payment and that did hurt my credit but what they "removed" was not hurting my credit. What they removed was a years old paid in full loan from a Fort Bragg Federal Credit Union. They then conned me into paying for another credit update to only try and build a case as to why they should do nothing. By their own standards they stated that they usually see "better results" than in my case. THEY ARE FRAUD!!! call me anytime to get specific detail 813-507-2400. Update 12/12/2018 - As usual MSI wants to misrepresent what is said. To be clear yes, a missed payment will have some significant impact on your credit. However, I never hired MSI to be a “credit monitoring” service. I hired them to remove legitimate items from my credit. I have the audio recordings stating that Adrian Vega stated they will “remove as much as possible if not all”. Now they say they make no guarantee to remove anything. If you are worried about removing paid in full items from 2012 by all means hire MSI if you want real results work with your creditors. I did a pay for deletions on (2) collections that would have done 10x what MSI did for me. I have the recordings they kindly played for me and they certainly claim to give "results" that will get me into a "house". In the end they gave NO meaningful results and they seem upset that I am not willing to acknowledge their "success". Lastly, does it sound like it makes sense? What they are saying? I told them repeatedly on phone and in emails I was not getting letters. I spent over $2,500 and I got NOTHING! Then they say, well you didn't do what you were supposed to so "our guarantee is null in void". Why would anyone in there right mind pay this money and want to recieve NOTHING? In the end I told them to disenroll me because they kept charging a "monthly" charge and still wasn't do anything. I wish they would send "recordings" that they have! So you can see exactly how they talk and treat customers. As far as their adding $5,000 in debt let me remind you that over $2,500 of that was THEM!! Take it from me just settle the debt. I have done WAY better once I left there program and started settling debt. Literally my credit jumped 19+ points yesterday! BEWARE! BEWARE!

Aaron OReilly, the reason we receive so many positive reviews is because every other client does their part. You didn't do what you were suppose to and are now blaming us. Why don't you tell the public what did wrong. 1. You received 2 new collections and 1 new late payment. 2. You added $5,000 worth of credit card debt compared to when you started the program. 3. You never sent in your paperwork and we have a recording where you clearly stated that you did receive paperwork from the creditors, collection agencies and 3 bureaus. It is clearly in our contract that if you do those things it will be impossible for you to achieve results and our guarantee is null in void. To add to all this everybody knows that any negative payment history mark is detrimental to your credit scores. I don't know why Aaron keeps saying that a new late does not hurt your credit scores. Please go to the link I provided and see for yourself. https://www.myfico.com/credit-education/whats-in-your-credit-score/ If you have any questions we invite you to reach out to our customer support team at 214-888-4990.
