You chose to cancel prematurely after one of your accounts was validated, an issue outside our control. While we made sure to explain other available options and emphasized that we could still work on your remaining accounts, you decided not to proceed. It's important to clarify that we charge in arrears, meaning that payments are only processed after significant work has been done, as outlined in the service agreement you signed. Since you did not complete the full six-month program, you did not meet the conditions for our money-back guarantee, which requires full participation. Additionally, we were surprised to learn that you initiated a chargeback with your bank, claiming unauthorized payments. This contradicts the signed service agreement and the charges processed according to it.
