Satisfied Customer Jessica H.
Having bad credit is an unfortunate problem that many individuals face. When I started with MSI Credit Solutions my credit score was very low . With so many bad credit repair companies it can be hard to know where to start, it was an overwhelming task . As I went through the process with David Castellano I can definitely conclude the services work . I was able to educate myself on the items that were negatively impacting my credit score . I was clear about my expectations. MSI Credit Solutions gave me complete access to all the work they are doing for me. My money was well spent. I feel great about the decision I made it is a life changing experience Thank you for all your help this includes Customer Support !

Mr. Stockman has not used our services in over 2 years. Over 2 years ago, Mr. Stockman requested cancellation of services a little after a month. Per his request, his file was canceled as well as any pending payments that were scheduled for the full scope of services. Our services as stated in our service agreement is for a total of 6 months. We have attempted to address Mr. Stockman and his concerns but have only been met with a yearly negative review for the past 2 years. Mr. Stockman, as we have previously attempted to address to you, you did not give us the opportunity to complete services for you, therefore you did not see full benefits of our services. You claim you never received mail but have notated within your file that you spoke to a representative about waiting to send in mail or sending it in immediately which was recommended to you to send in ASAP. Your request for a refund was also denied as we were not given the opportunity to complete the full scope of services as agreed to. This is the second review Mr. Stockman has left on TrustPilot and have reported this review.

I've been working with Vince and Cyndy for about a month now and they are FABULOUS! My score jumped up with over 100 points already. Couldn't have asked for more as they are very helpful and attentive at all times. I would highly recommend MSI to any and everyone who's looking to raise their credit score.
