Thank you for taking the time to express your concerns. We understand your feelings of frustration due to the created expectations of results. Our processing team works hard to provide our clients with results but cannot guarantee a deletion on any specific account. Although we do not ensure deletions of any particular account(s), we have a service guarantee that we work hard to meet. When the guarantee is not met, and clients such as yourself complete the six-month program and abide by all client obligations, they get approved for a reimbursement of their initial investment. Please refer to sections (4) and (5) of the service agreement you signed before enrolling in our service. Feel free to review the agreement you signed (July 6, 2021)  and call us back at 214.888.4990 at your earliest opportunity during our operating business hours.
