Starting off at my "usual tire shop" on Rte 206 to address slow leaks in front tires, learned that dry rot was the cause. When that shop faltered in providing service (overwhelmingly busy), I called Mr Tire. They were accommodating, reasonable and happy to take care of my car. They treated me exactly as I treated them: with respect and friendly professionalism. They gave me a fair price, worked with my schedule, and provided excellent service. They pointed out a couple observations for matters to be aware of. NO HARD UPSELLING (like the competitor down the road). They seem like decent, hard working, competent folks. I like that and will be happy to bring them my business going forward.

HORRIFIC service, will scam you and go out of their way to cause problems
I bought tires in March of 2023 and had one of the tires bubble out in early August. I went to Mr. Tire in Absecon to get my tire replaced because I knew it was under warranty. The manager, who claimed his name was Joey, was extremely rude from the very beginning. He demanded me to carry in my tire so he could check the size (because he "ain't going out there"), and he told me that my tire didn't have road hazard insurance so it wasn't able to be replaced. I asked him to check for a defect, and he referred me to corporate. Corporate wasted 30 minutes of my time and said they couldn't do anything, that the store had to do it. I went back, and Joey eventually took my tire for inspection.
I eventually located my original tire invoice on accident, and saw that my tire was, in fact, covered by road hazard insurance. My dad brought the invoice to Joey, who AGAIN told us to call corporate. He refused to talk to my dad.
After calling corporate, I was offered a $22 discount, but wasn't told how they calculated that price. Mind you, this was weeks after originally going into the store, after hours of corporate calls and driving to the store. $22 BARELY covered the original road hazard insurance cost, let alone a new tire. They claimed my tire had worn down from 9/32 of an inch to 4/32, but when we asked for the tire back, they said they threw it out.
We got an invoice for a new tire, and I reported the company to the BBB. The BBB made absolutely no progress and closed the case.
I decided to just purchase the tire and move on, never going to Mr. Tire again. But of course the story doesn't end there!!
I went to Mr. Tire on Sunday to pick it up, and Joey didn't even try to look it up on the computer. He said he didn't know where the tire was and to come back later. Mind you, he works there 5 out of 7 days of the week (someone else covers on Tuesday and Friday, but it is during regular business hours when my dad and I work).
My dad finally decided to go into the store and demand the tire. Joey immediately saw my dad and threatened to call the police. My dad said that he only wanted to pick up the tire and leave, but Joey ran inside the store and bolted the doors.
When the police arrived, they told my dad that this has happened several times before with other people not getting back things from this Mr. Tire location. Joey "couldn't find" the invoice for the tire and couldn't locate the tire, so my dad and I were forced to get our invoices to prove that the tire even existed. When the tire was located, they charged my dad $98 (the original invoice charged $170) and the police said that my dad was not allowed on the property again (but they were unsure if it was only for this location or all Mr. Tire locations).
This is the concise version of the story. It is so much worse with details. I would recommend NEVER going there. And if you meet a very rude middle-aged white man with a hunch from a bad back, possibly named Joey, I would recommend avoiding him. I have no clue how he is still allowed to work there.

Fuck I.
threatened my life because he’s lazy lol
This was at the Baltimore Howard st location. made an appt at 10:18am and there was no phone call or anything from the shop. I arrive at the scheduled time nearly exactly. The black man with a beard decided he was going to start insulting me and telling me to get out when all I said was I was in game day traffic. It was a small electrical issue, easily could have been finished. He was also on his phone acting like I was bothering him lmao. Then after one insult too many I decided to let him know I'm not going to be abused. He didn't like that so he chased me into the parking lot. I had to draw my pepper spray...he said "complain to corporate I don't care" so I did and now the police will be notified, Carvana will be notified, and to that incompetent waste of space all I have to say is

Excellent, Fast service @ Mr. Tire Vineland, NJ
Ford Explorer 2025 My friend asked me if I knew a good mechanic, the skid plate under her Ford Explorer came loose and needed 3 screws. My recommendation? Call Mr. Tire in Vineland, they are the best. (I used this location when I lived in Vineland, see my review from 4 years ago). She called, took it over there the same day, and they put the missing screws in the skid plate. My friend said the gentlemen there were super nice and helpful. I told her I know, that's why I referred you to them. My friend will go back to Mr. Tire for services on her Ford. I go to the Mr. Tire in Woodbury, they are equally super nice and helpful. Excellent value and courteous. They take the time to explain everything to you and have the art of communication, where you do not feel like you're being spoken down to. Really appreciate both locations. Mr. Tire in Vineland, thanks for helping my friend in her time of need!

On 7/27/2026 I had made an appointment with Mr. Tire Auto Service: George for 7/28/2026. This is the only center I take my vehicle to & he tells me my car has not been serviced since 7/2025. They had my home # and my old cell.
I entered the center and the place has never been cleaned and it had a bad odor. They have a high staffing turn over rate. Go figure!
My Oil change and tire rotation went well.

I took my car in on 10/6/25 for an alignment and paid $228.95. . When I got it back it was worse than when I took it in. I called the store the next morning and was told that I needed to bring it back the next day after 9:00 AM and talk to the tech that did the work. I stayed for an hour and the tech never came in. I repeated this 3 times over the next two weeks with the same results. Every time I went in there was a different person at the counter non of which seemed to care about my problem. Feeling a little frustrated I started calling asking for the tech, he was either not there or busy. About three weeks and a dozen calls I finally got the tech. Without asking my name or checking my files his response was " I aligned it to specs so there must be something else wrong with your car and hung up. I gave up on them and started trying to get some results from the parent company Monro Inc. I sent numerous messages to the "contact" tab on the website and numerous calls to the customer service over the next several months with no response. On 6/25/26 after 6 months of not being able to use my car I had it aligned perfectly by a small privately owned company for $$156.40. When I tried to get my money back from Monro Inc. I was told no because the warranty was only good for 90 days and I was passed the time period. My next email is to the BBB, Facebook, Twitter and any other social media I can come up with.

I used the one in Severna Park Maryland. They charged me for services they didn’t complete. I called them out on it and the manager (Farrell) told me they’d issue a refund to get me out the store. They never did give the refund and he was very rude. They’d rather rip you off once that have you as a repeat customer.
