On 7/27/2026 I had made an appointment with Mr. Tire Auto Service: George for 7/28/2026. This is the only center I take my vehicle to & he tells me my car has not been serviced since 7/2025. They had my home # and my old cell. I entered the center and the place has never been cleaned and it had a bad odor. They have a high staffing turn over rate. Go figure! My Oil change and tire rotation went well.

Have come here for years when cars out of warranty. It was really great, but, the corporation is in financial trouble and their response is, cut cut cut cut cut. There is no staff left. You can't sit in the lobby in our location (Amherst Ohio) and wait because there is no staff but no one tells you this. I was forced to walk home, over 1/2 mile, in a dangerous heat index, in pouring rain, with bad joints and $6000 hearing aids (70 years old) and when I contacted corporate their response was, we could send you a $35 store credit for your next visit. There will be no next visit.

Mr. Tire in Ephraim, NJ, “forgot” to do the tire rotation, left dirty rags in the car, filled out the new oil sticker incorrectly and pasted it over the remnants of the old one. I was also surprised that an extra quart of oil and various fees add up to $39 in addition to a $69 full synthetic oil change per the original Groupon price - seems like a bait and switch.

Well, the guy who was changing my oil could not operate a stick shift, I had to drive it in ? Then it was 50.00. For an oil change! REDICOUS next time I will go to jiffy lube...at least they check and fill fluids, wash windows and vacuum.
