Starting off at my "usual tire shop" on Rte 206 to address slow leaks in front tires, learned that dry rot was the cause. When that shop faltered in providing service (overwhelmingly busy), I called Mr Tire. They were accommodating, reasonable and happy to take care of my car. They treated me exactly as I treated them: with respect and friendly professionalism. They gave me a fair price, worked with my schedule, and provided excellent service. They pointed out a couple observations for matters to be aware of. NO HARD UPSELLING (like the competitor down the road). They seem like decent, hard working, competent folks. I like that and will be happy to bring them my business going forward.

Ford Explorer 2025 My friend asked me if I knew a good mechanic, the skid plate under her Ford Explorer came loose and needed 3 screws. My recommendation? Call Mr. Tire in Vineland, they are the best. (I used this location when I lived in Vineland, see my review from 4 years ago). She called, took it over there the same day, and they put the missing screws in the skid plate. My friend said the gentlemen there were super nice and helpful. I told her I know, that's why I referred you to them. My friend will go back to Mr. Tire for services on her Ford. I go to the Mr. Tire in Woodbury, they are equally super nice and helpful. Excellent value and courteous. They take the time to explain everything to you and have the art of communication, where you do not feel like you're being spoken down to. Really appreciate both locations. Mr. Tire in Vineland, thanks for helping my friend in her time of need!

We went to the Smyrna Delaware store.. #1214. everyone was do helpful. TJ was our technician.. also manager.. top quality Service. There was very short wait.. everybody was very professional and very pleasant.. we will definitely go back there. Smyrna for our car services.. thank you for your assistance

Mr Tire Moon Township Pittsburgh PA were just amazing. My car had a tire which was leaking air and they looked at it straight away and found some metal in it. The technician repaired the tyre and refitted in less than 30 minutes i was on my way. They wouldn't take a payment for their work so i left a good tip as a thankyou. Would really recommend.

I am very impressed by service at Mr Tire Store 0659 in Aberdeen, MD. Mr Ed Magee, the Store Manager, is one of very few I ever met in this profession. He thinks for customers, rather than trying to rip off them. I visited him today with concerns about braking system of my 2011 Hyundai Sonata sedan. He started with a free thorough inspection then told me I could still save the rotors, which I expected to replace due to its long mileage. He addressed my pads and calipers by replacing with ceramic pads and reconditioning calipers, in addition to flushing the fluid, to ensure a new long life for my braking system. He told me my rotors still have enough thickness and don’t even have to resurface. This way, I ended up with significant savings in bringing my car’s braking system to new life. I can’t thank him enough. If the review system allows for more than 5 stars, I would give him 6 stars! I wish him good health in continuing his career., and wish to see him in my future visits to this store.

My vehicle was serviced at 5545 Baltimore National Pike. Mr. Stanley Benoit "went out of his way" to get me back on the road. His attention and compassion for my situation is to be COMMENDED! Thanks Stanley, you're a GREAT Mechanic!
