When I purchased the bed the estimated time to delivery was 7-21 days. When the 21 days came and then went, I contacted the company and told them to cancel my order and issue a refund. They claimed it was in route so to hang on. It took 7 weeks to get it and I had already found another dog bed 4 weeks after ordering it. Once I received it I started the process of requesting refund instructions and got nowhere. I wrote 4 separate emails to them asking for this and there was no answer other than a form letter stating to send it back to the nearest warehouse. There was no list of warehouses provided, the the return address on the unopened package I got looked completely false. It was a woman’s first name (not even a last name), a street address that I couldn’t find on GPS, to a town in New Jersey. It looked like a someone’s home address. 9 weeks after placing my order for the bed, I got an email from China giving me instructions to mail it back to some city in China at, of course, my expense. These beds are not unique. Don’t buy it from this company!!!!!!!

Poor quality product. The foam inside the bed was almost non existent in the centre area. The round cushion was not uniform in consistency and the material easy ripped under my dog's paws. It is essential a round fuzzy blanket.

I waited a long time to get my dog bed. I expected a better quality . I’m disappointed in the bed.

The bed took a long time to arrive and there was no communication about it’s delivery progress or tracking. When the bed did arrive I was extremely disappointed with the quality and what’s worse the bed had an overwhelming smell of fish. Please don’t waste your money!!!

Our puppy absolutely loves her new bed! We’ve had to wash & dry it a few times and it comes out beautifully! Amazing. Very much recommended

The item has a horrendous smell of fish coming from it. I was told to air it as having been pressure sealed this seems to cause it. To be honest it smells like it had already been used and has very little support in it for your pet. While in the advert it appears an incredibly soft and supportive bed for your pet, I think that is an advert made to give an illusion. I, will not trust this supplier|

J ai essayer de changer ce matelas pour chien sans succès, il est beaucoup trop mince, mon chien ne l utilise pas , on m a répondu de le secouer pour qu il prenne sa forme.. ça n a rien changé..il est maintenant sur Kijiji pour 1/3 du coût.. une belle perte d argent et c est faux qu ils vont vous rembourser si vous n êtes pas satisfait..

Only issue was the long wait to get the dog bed. My dog loves it and I will be ordering another one. Thanks
