Placed order Oct 4th
Placed order Oct 4th. Package was in Compton for weeks. They told me Nov 1 they'd launch investigation. Emailed Nov 4 wheres my Package. Didn't launch investigation. Emailed again. Finally it's been lost Nov 13. Asked if they were gonna overnight it. Still no response. Lime are you serious. At this point this is a fake unhonest company. No way should it take this long for help. Get a phone number unless that's why you can only contact through email. Seriously about to file a complaint. I'm not a bank my money I not a loan. I need to recieve what I paid for in a timely manner. I don't need a bunch of excuses jus do your job. Give what people pay for.

Très déçus
Livraison très lente, plus de 3 semaines et prix excessif pour une qualité très moyenne. Nous avons commandé un article du même type chez Mano Mano et l'avons payé 19 euros de moins pour des dimensions supérieures (100cm au lieu de 80) et une qualité meilleure.

I made my purchase from a morning show…
I made my purchase from a morning show deals and steals, great price and my dog loves both beds! My only negative would be time it took for me to get it.

Excellent product
Excellent product, delivery a little slow, but that is expected with this time of the year. Overall, a great product. I highly recommend.

The company delivered on a product that…very happy with
The company delivered on a product that meets its advertising! The delivery wasn't particularly fast, but it was reasonable and easy with no issues. My dog Gilmore has never been one to enjoy a dog bed and so we have been very pleased to see him hopping into it regularly. The size is perfect - a great fit for our Husky/German Shepard mix.

I ordered the bed on 10/16/22
I ordered the bed on 10/16/22. The tracking number provided showed the bed traveled from the West Coast to Chicago until 11/1/2022 where it has been stalled in transit. The customer service appears to be autogenerated remarks, so the bed has yet to be delivered and no one is offering to respond with specificity to getting the bed to my home. I do not have the option to cancel.

My dog loved his new “fluffy friend”
My dog loved his new “fluffy friend”, even dragged it to several new places. He seems to think of it as a big bed/toy. It’s attractive and fits in with my bedroom furnishings.
