Chinese scammers
I was deciding between a bed from Willhappys and MrFurryfriend, I chose Willhappys solely on the color. I got a reminder from MrFurryfriend offering another 10% off. I looked at shipping and they mentioned customs and duty. I asked if they were in China. They didn't answer. I asked again and they said they are in the Netherlands but they ship from a warehouse in China. I would like to help anybody not to get caught up in these Chinese scamming companies.

Company provided tracking details which don't track…
Company provided tracking details which never tracked parcels. In contacting shipping company advised the parcels had not been consigned, Waited a month then goods left on my doorstep. Company not helpful in confirming shipment or following up with shipping company regarding tracking. Slow to respond to my requests for information then unhelpful. Need to be upfront that the business is located in China and hence why long shipping times. Product eventually delivered was as described.

The Anti Anxiety bed…
The Anti Anxiety bed was exactly as expected and cuddly and cozy for our dogs. The one pup we bought it for doesn't get to use it much because the bed was taken over by our littler one! So we have purchased another 2 larger beds ...one for our dog and one for our friend's dog. The color was what I expected and ordering went smoothly. Delivery was not timely with the Post Office. We waited an extra week and a half for the first one to arrive and these second ones are now 2 weeks past and we still haven't received them.

My dog wouldn’t sleep in it so I tried…
My dog wouldn’t sleep in it so I tried to return it. Sent at least 3 emails asking how t do it but no response. Could not find a phone number to call. The bed is very nice. I just have a fussy dog.

I bought this for my daughter’s dog and…
I bought this for my daughter’s dog and he loves his bed. Riley snuggles down in it and the bed keeps him calm and helps his sleep.
