I got a large because it was listed as the size appropriate for my breed, American Cocker Spaniel. But its really not enough room for him to be totally comfortable. I do believe he really likes the bed...even with his head and legs hanging off. Super soft and fluffy!

I have still not received my order. It took longer than promised as it was a Christmas present for our car. We are in London now as we left Cape Town last night. No attempt at making the delivery up until yesterday afternoon. Very disappointed. Our cat is not on London yet. Please arrange sending it to London. I will supply the address only after assurance that it will be delivered by end January 2023. Looking forward receiving a prompt response with a positive solution. Yours faithfully Maureen (Mo) le Roux - Dugmore

Very poor service I am afraid - the second time the delivery wait was far too long

The colour of the bed is gorgeous and the feel, but the middle of the bed is quite flat and not that fluffy, I have tried shaking it up but that doesn’t help, it doesn’t look like it does in the picture sadly.

I bought this bed for my dogs , and when it arrived it smelled like fish, and was not the least bit fluffy. I am surprised at the price, for something that is less fluffy than a bed I bought at Walmart. I wouldn’t recommend Thai product to my friends or family. Very disappointed. 😔 my in-laws purchased this same bed and it is so incredibly fluffy. Not sure if mine is defective or what.

I received wrong size Fluffy bed…ordered XL got Small. Have contacted Customer Service, waiting for response.
