Don't go anywhere near this company. What they advertise is nothing like what they deliver. Poor quality beds, smelling of fish and with very little cushioning. Turns out that the guaranteed refund involves you returning the beds at your own expense to China. Customer service, despite the 24/7 promise, is patchy at best. Complain and you get offered a 15% refund and the offer to keep the products. Complain again and you get a 30% refund. Money down the drain. Fraudulent advertising and returns policy. How this company is still operating is a mystery

Got the wrong size wrong color, It is not what was advertised. The bed s flats and not full. Took way to long to arrive. It sit in one place for almost 2 weeks. I did not think I would ever see it. After reading some of the comments of other dissatisfied people. This was the norm. I reached out to customer service 8 times and never got a response. Until my last request was to cancel my order and give me a refund. Than and only then did I get a response to all requests in one day. I than ask them to send me a return label 🏷. That I was going to return it if it ever arrived. I never got that ether. So if you could do anything to clear this up please do

Mr. Fluffy beds are soft and our dogs like the material. However, the XXL is not large enough for our 100 lb German Shepherd. Despite the website claim that this bed accommodates large breeds, it simply does not. Our GSD still crams herself into it, but her head is left hanging on the floor. Also, the floor pad is thin, is not sewn into the bed, slides around in the insert, and falls out from the center. The Mr. Fluffy pad is not therapeutic in value. For small to medium breeds, these beds are ok. Our smaller border collies fit well in the XXL and they love the softness of the material, but we have to place the Mr. Fluffies on top of another dog pad to get proper padding and support. Annoyingly, the company shipped each of the 4 beds ordered in a straddled fashion, all arrived on different days and took FOREVER to arrive.

To be fare it wasn't all your fault the postal strike delayed the ETA and I should have measured the size of the large bed as it was a lot smaller than I thought it would be in relation to the breed of dogs you recommended it for, so my experience was a bit disappointing

I purchased a Mr.FluffyFriend bed for my dog in September 2022, but it did not arrive until November 2022. Once it came It lasted only 2 days. I found the seams didn't hold and had fluff everywhere in the room. I asked for a refund and was given only 30% of my purchase price. This is awful service.

Everything was terrible. Quality terrible, everything on your web advert is incorrect. Do NOT buy this product

It’s a big fluffy blanket! Zero support or warm or worthy of the price. If I could have opened it and put some padding I it would of been ok. But it’s NOt for arthritic dogs or even a young dog with no issues…it’s just a big round fluffy blanket. Maybe if you called it that you wouldn’t be misleading the public.
