Your bed stiches came apart and the White cotton balls were everywhere in the house and I am still picking them up. Very poor workmanship. was great for 2 days then a nightmare.

Didn’t receive my order for some time & when it came-I ordered a large and I have a cockapoou that’s on the small side of medium Dash and he couldn’t fit over half his body on the bed. I did email but never got an answer. I guess there’s no chance to return or exchange but if this is typical of your bed size, I would have to have an XXL. bad material seems nice but it’s certainly flatter than I had anticipated as well. Don’t like to get bad reviews, but I think I just blew $60.

Offered a 30 day satisfaction guarantee at purchase, but when I requested return was told it had to be returned to China (a prohibitive cost). Offered a 15% refund which was very disappointing.

My dog just LOVES her Mr. Fluffy Friend bed! She truly relaxes while in it and goes to it for comfort and anxiety relief. So glad I got it for her as she's a hyperactive dog and it's so nice for us both. 😊

I was so excited to get the bed that this company advertised. The quality is NOT what they advertised. I ordered the largest bed they sell for my bulldog and it definitely is not what they are advertising. It’s smaller and there is not as much filling in it. I thought it would be sturdier but even when I laid on it I could feel the floor. The product is a scam! It did not fully fluff up, even after days of waiting. I emailed the company immediately after opening the small plastic envelope it came in. It was suggested that I wait some time for it to fully fill out before proceeding with a refund. I decided to keep it because I don’t trust that I would get a refund from the company after reading through most of the reviews regarding their customer service. I’m mad at myself for not doing more research of my own and trusting the reviews on social media. I know better, I just didn’t do better. Please look out for scams like this. The anxiety relieving pet bed is definitely not even worth the discounted price.
