Your customer service is nonexistent
Your customer service is nonexistent. I have tried to contact you many many times. My order was wrong, and I finally gave up trying to get my money back and gave the extra anxiety bed to a friend. I will never do business with you again, and I will never recommend you to anybody.

WORST COMPANY EVER
Ordered 2 dog beds on Nov. 17. It’s January 1 and I have still not received them. Worst customer service, takes days for someone to respond to email and it’s always a generic answer. I have filed a complaint and also filed a grievance on PayPal to get my $143 refunded. Horrible. I wish I read all the reviews before ordering- consistently terrible reviews and complaints.

Disappointed in quality for the price.
I was expecting the bed to have much more filling than it did. The bed I bought is for an 80 pound dog and he immediately sinks to the floor. No padding whatsoever and no way to add anything. I also wish it had a removable cover but I knew that when I ordered it. Disappointed.

A good looking Fluffy Bed for my pets.They seem to enjoy them more than others I have had.Reasonably priced and arrived in perfect shape as promised !

Poor customer service
The bed is too small. I ordered per their sizing instructions too. I asked to return it. First, they offered me 15 percent back and I keep the bed. Then they offered 30 percent back and keep the bed. I said no both times. The return is suppose to have trace and tracking info and I have to send it to China! That is an expensive return. Also, they give you 30 days to return the bed. The clock starts ticking the day you receive it. They were super slow in responding to my emails burning up that 30 window. Also, I recently found that same bed for $21.99 as opposed to the $58 I spent. Do NOT buy this bed! It's cheaply made!! These people are NOT scrupulous!! Buyer beware!!

I wrote you guys an email i ordered for a large dog bed and received a miniature one no one is taking care of this my number is 1-778-996-6417 someone needs to fix this right away
