I’ve tried and tried to exchange my purchase, as I bought the wrong size. I was delayed over and over by customer service, and NEVER given a return code. I’m VERY dissatisfied with my entire experience with this company. Huge mistake and wasted money for me.

I have yet to receive the product that was purchased.

Ordered Dec 1st - one arrived Dec 24th, one arrived Dec 30th. Both claimed to be actually shipped on Dec 7th (item arrived at shipping partner assuming drop shipper) - but never actually got to USPS until December 21st to begin actual shipping journey. I understand COVID delays, but the item claimed to be in stock and it too longer than quoted to even get it to USPS to ship “premium” as you have it labeled. Packaging looked like a seven year old wrapped it - probably would have been just as good to do some type of flat rate box. The bed smells awful/toxic when you first open it - it took a few days before my dogs would even go near it. Keep your expectations low on getting it quickly and being able to use it. Glad this wasn’t a gift for anyone. Also open the package in an open area and allow the off gassing to happen.

I purchase this type of bed before from another company. These two I purchased from your company are much better.

Ordered two beds on December 1, only received one. To date January 4, still not received remainder of order.

Well, how can I put this nicely? I can’t! I ordered it December 1 you printed the label on the fifth, you did not bother to mail it until five days before Christmas. It was supposed to be here by December 24 and it arrived on the 27th. How do you think you did? Terrible I reached out multiple times and all I kept getting was the runaround. Your company sucks I would never recommend this to anyone! The quality is terrible. My dog literally sits on the ground. There’s no padding in the middle. It’s all around the sides, where they don’t lay, it’s absolute crap! I actually threw it in the trash because it’s not worth the money to send it back and hassle with your crappy company anymore! I hope you go out of business sooner than later! And if people were smart, they would actually read reviews!
