The arrival of the pet bed was delayed and slow to arrive Did not arrive in time for Christmas Our German Shepard will only use it when it’s really cold outside! Otherwise she will just lay on our wood floors The middle of the bed is too soft and flat! Will not order any other product of MrFluffy Friend. When product was opened, a smell of fish was present!

My dogs love this bed. They have had others but this is their favourite, and that is what counts.

Sadly our dog won’t have anything to do with her new bed. Was also smaller than expected. Bummer because it looks really nice.

The product! My dog absolutely loves his new bed and it's the one (of 6 in our 1 bed apartment) he's to be found in the most. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the initial transaction process felt a little off. The length of time for the product to ship was quite long and the emails a little oddly worded. So that made me worry, but now I would 100% buy from this company again.

I bought two beds for two different dogs. Neither dog will get on or sleep on their MrFluffyFriend bed. Needless to say, I am very disappointed.

Article commandé mi-décembre 2022, toujours rien et le soit-disant tracking indique livré. Après un premier mail de réclamation, ils me renvoient au transporteur qui lui évidemment ne répond pas. Puis un autre mail de réclamation et là c est finit plus de réponses. Ce sont de voleurs, ne commandez rien sur ce site totalement mensonger ! Ce qui me dérange le plus, c est qu ils mettent en avant la SPA, qui sois disant cautionne ça, c est vraiment triste.

Took way too long to get the beds....over a month! Not acceptable!

I ordered 2 lovely fluffy beds for my Border Terriers. The beds are lovely but.... I ordered the wrong size they were way too small for either dog but the dogs are happy to be able to lie half on and half off. I went off to work came home and oh dear my dog bit a hole in one of the beds, wadding everwhere. A bed didn't last a day!. Not to worry, so in the end I sewed the best bits of the damaged bed to the good bed and made 1 larger bed that a dog can fit in. I then went to B&M and noticed they sell the very same beds for less than 1/2 the price I paid for 1 bed. So I managed to get a larger bed for £20.00 instead of a small one for £45.00. The dogs love snuggling into them.
