Some good, some bad. I ordered an XL bed and inadvertently chose the wrong colour, so wrote immediately. The following day I had an email from Mary, who has been superb throughout, confirming it had been changed to the "grey" I wanted (only because the first colour would have shown dirt immediately). I wrote again three weeks after order as it hadn't arrived as anticipated and then discovered it had been delivered down the road that very day (we're very rural) and collected it from the neighbour. I was surprised at the small size of the package, and the battle to open it was epic (never seen so much tape!) but eventually we fought our way into it. What fell out was dark blue, not grey, and if it's "Extra Large" I'd be more than a little surprised - there's no way to tell because there's NO label on it at all. In the UK that is, I believe, illegal, and MrFF should look into that. I confess too that it doesn't much resemble the advertisements we saw in the Daily Mail, being rather flatter and less substantial than we expected. Put it down on the floor - and were concerned our border collie would hate it - too small, smelt rather chemically (now gone), not very well padded etc. He jumped in, circled like a cat, laid down - and hasn't left it except for walks since. Having read all the reviews since, I'm struck by the obvious fact that the 1stars totally outnumber everything else. I can to some extent sympathise with some of them - but I can't argue with the fact that the dog appears to love the thing. Some of what I've seen, particularly the lack of labelling and also a "100% money back guarantee" that attracts shipping costs greater than the item's value, would possibly breach UK Consumer laws, I think, and the fact that you have to return items to China when it's supposedly an American product is telling. And there is NO WAY I could ever have squeezed it small enough to make it worth the effort! Would I recommend? Possibly not, given that its appearance is way off the adverts. Would Barney? Definitely. And it's his bed and he has four paws - so four stars is HIS rating.

The fur holds up well, but it’s too small for my 80 lbs dog. I bought extra large, but really it’s a medium.

I have already posted a review explaining it was smaller than expexted and the level of stuffing in the base of the bed was very lacking. Now, after only a few uses I have had to remove it from my dogs use as he gently chewed a section and all the fluff easily came away revealing a sub-standard, thin, open weave fabric. To be honest, the cheap doggie bed I got at Target (1/4 price) is heaps more robust having already lasted a year (even through puppyhood, my dog just turned 1). My honest opinion is this is a rip off targeting the promise of helping with a dogs anxiety or just providing a very relaxing bed. Dont go there. Might aswell thrown $ to the wind! Nearly everything I've brought via a FB link has been way below what it is advertised. Have decided to ignore all FB advertising.

Best purchase ever!! My dog feels sooo comfy in his bed that he will not go to any other of his spots in the house. I will definitely recommend this doggie bed!!! The shipping was a bit slow took like 20 days to get it but overall a good expedience! 🐶

The two dogs squabble over who gets the fluffy new bed, so it's clearly a hit with them. But it took a very long time to get to us....

If I could choose 0 stars I would. I ordered my xxl bed on 12/17/22 was told 5-7 business days, on 12/29/22 I realized that the tracking still stated that the shipping label was created but nothing else. I emailed their customer service which states “ available 7 days a week will receive a response within 24 hrs” it’s now 01/06/23 no response the shipping was updated the day after I sent first email to shipped from their building on way to usps… that was 8 days ago and nothing since…. Emailed again today we’ll see if I get a response… I would highly suggest to stay as far away from this b.s company as possible absolutely a waste of time and money, it’s crazy these sites can get away with this stuff!

I don’t usually buy items from online adverts (saw this on Gumtree) but it’s the best calming item we’ve bought for our dog, and we’ve tried A LOT! I was unsure about this product after reading some of the reviews (post purchase) but our super nervous, extra needy dog loves it. We’ve since bought another bed for a different room and could possibly get a 3rd! Our dog is 22kg and the extra large bed gives her enough room to stretch out or snuggle right in. She is a lot more settled and calm since the fluffy bed arrived, we all give it 5*!

Your shipping department sucks, there is no tracking of package, lack of information in reference to the same, unsusccesable my efforts to get an answer.
