My dog loves his new bed and it is exactly as you said it would be

I ordered a small bed for my dog but it was too small! It had taken to long to get to me so a refund wasn’t possible! That was disappointing! I had to order a larger bed!

This bed is the best! My dogs never liked any bed I bought for them, they would tear it up in shreds. One of my dogs hates thunderstorms, but when she is curled up in her bed she is fine. They absolutely love their beds!

It took ages for the bed to arrive and when it did the dog wouldn’t go in it. We encouraged her with treats etc but she really doesn’t like it at all. It’s too small (we bought medium for our border terrier). Very disappointed and a complete waste of money. Sad we got sucked into the marketing and didn’t trust our initial instinct to go to the pet shop and look at dog beds.

This dog bed was shoddy and took a really long time to arrive. My dog destroyed it in seconds. I told the company and they said ‘dogs can chew through anything- even bones’ This is true but my dog has never destroyed a bed b4. A lot of ££ wasted

Tried to return my dog bed as there is no return address,?emailed several times no response customer service is disgusting,?picked the bed for my dog she is a small Boston terrier?bed is way to small , overpriced can pick a bed up else ware much cheaper

This is going from bad to worse. This product is falsely advertised. It is not padded as shown in the photos, indeed it is almost flat. Also much smaller, X-Large is not suitable for a kelpie. Despite many emails to the company there has been no response apart from automated emails saying they will be back to me in24 hours. What an expensive disappointment
