You have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I inquired many times as to the whereabouts of the package and you only would answer about 25% if the time is and never really gave me as n answer to my questions. And you purposely did not have a telephone number so that I could talk to a real person..

Not at all what I thought. The stuffing in the bed is all clumpy and there doesn't seem to be enough to try and spread put so your dog has a pad to lay on. It's just clumps with big gaps. Sides don't have support so they flop down. I would have never bought this if I had known it was stuffed and didn't have a pad.

Took over a month to get. And when I opened it I had to spray it and keep it in the basement for a couple weeks because it smelled like a wet dog.

It took weeks longer than I was expecting and the XL is much smaller than I expected but my dog seems to like it.

I tried to cancel my order right away (before it shipped) and was told it was too late. I was told I had to wait for it to arrive and then return it to where it shipped from, AND HERE IS THE STINGER, so I returned using the return address BUT THAT IS NOT THE CORRECT ADDRESS! So, I was then told that I had to GET IT BACK from “Jane” in NJ and THEN they would reveal the actual return address. Now I have no dog bed and $83.00 less in my bank account. This seems like a scam to me!

The fluffy bed is high quality and Louie absolutely loves it! Seeing him so snuggled up is a joy. Though the delivery took about a week longer than expected, likely because I purchased it during the Christmas season, it was received in perfect condition and we used it right away. I found the process was efficient and the product very good.
