Shipping was really slow, then it was packaged so tight it was hard to open with out damaging the beds. Beds are very nice both the cat and the dog love them.

THE TIME IT TOOK TO GET TO ME, EVEN WITH ME MESSAGING YOU 3 TIMES, WAS TERRIBLE AND IMBARRASING FOR ME TO GIVE AS A GIFT FOR CHRISTMAS. IT WAS ORDERED ON DEC 5TH AND DIDN'TGET IT UNTIL JAN 5TH (31 DAYS!). THEN IT WAS OBVIOUS THAT THE BED I RECIEVED WAS A RETURN, AS THE BED WAS WRAPPED IT TIGHT PLASTIC WITH PACKAGING TAPE ALL AROUND IT, SO IT WAS TERRIBLE TO OPEN. THERE WAS NO PAPERWORK WITH IT AT ALL, NOT EVEN MY ORDER COPY. NO SIZE ON THE BED, OR EVEN A TAG ON IT. I ORDERED AN XL, WHICH I WAS TOLD WOULD FIT THE DOG IT WAS FOR, FOR A LONG TIME. IT DOES NOT EVEN FIT THE DOG, SHE CAN ONLY GET HER HEAD AND HALF OF HER BODY ON IT! SHE IS ONLY 32 LBS. ALSO IT HAD A RIP IN THE SEAM, THAT I HAD TO SEW UP, BEFORE I COULD EVEN GIVE IT AS A GIFT! I AM 100% UNHAPPY WITH WHAT YOU GAVE ME FOR MY VERY TIGHT MEDICARE MONEY OF $66.00! YOU SHOULD BE VERY UPSET WITH YOUR TEAM, FOR SENDING OUT A RETURNED BED TO ME, NO TAG ON IT, NO PAPER WORK AND UNPROFESSIONABLE PACKAGING. I WAS SO MUCH LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING THE NEW DOG IN A VERY COSIE BED, BUT THAT DEFINITLY DIDN'T HAPPEN. IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU COULD SEE IT IN YOUR HEART TO EITHER SEND ME A NEW BED THAT WILL FIT THE DOG, WITH A TAG ON IT AND SHIPPED IN A NORMAL PACKAGE OR REFUND MY MONEY FOR ALL THE HEART ACH YOU HAVE GIVEN ME. I WOULD THINK YOU WOULD WANT ME TO ME TO BRAG ABOUT YOUR COMPANY AND BED, INSTEAD OF ME GIVING YOU A TERRIBLE REVIEW ON THE SOCIAL MEDIA. I WILL GIVE YOU 7 DAYS TO REPLY TO THIS LETTER BEFORE I TAKE TO THE SOCIAL MEDIA. I HOPE YOU TAKE THIS LETTER TO HEART. It took a very long time to get my dog's pillow. It is so small and i need to return it. I am not able to reach a person able how to return the pillow.

I ordered the size bed per the guidelines on the website. When it arrived - after it fully fluffed out - I discovered that it was 1/2 the sized bed my dog needs. I knew ahead of time that I would have to pay for the return, but did not understand that I had to return the bed to China! Mr.FluffyFriend offered to reimburse me 30% of what I had paid rather than returning it, and I took that offer as I saw no other recourse. Now I have a dog bed that I do not need. I will say that they did respond to my emails in a timely manner and were pleasant. But buyer beware unless you are totally sure that you are getting what you need.

The bed was nowhere near as plush as it looked. We have to have another mattress under it to stop our dog actually touching the hard floor. I would have returned it but for the complicated return procedure, which involved washing it! And it came from China so I do not know where I should return it.

The bed is flimsy and it has no structure. I didn't like that it came vacuum packed either. I have to put it in a chair or put mats and rugs underneath it if it's on the floor. Plus extra large looks like large to me. Throughly disappointed with my purchase.

My dog wont use it - it is not firm like it shows in the picture - it is very floppy. It took a month to get it. Returning would require a very large box or a way to suck the air out of the package to make it smaller. I would not recommend this dog bed.
