It took over a month to get the bed. It was lost somewhere but customer service answered my emails and found it. Second, I ordered the largest bed and it was quite a bit smaller than I expected. It’s a nice bed but not big enough. It does the job. But for the price it’s a bit disappointing.there was no proof of purchase in the package so I’m not sure if I got the right size.

They stayed in top of getting it delivered but through no fault on their part we didn’t quite make it was 4th January when it arrived. I was a little disappointed as it was not as big or inviting looking as in the picture it was not as thick it was thinner and nothing really convinced me that it was capable of doing everything it said it was. Other than that it was good quality and good customer service. It was quite expensive even with discount and I’m sorry but afraid I probably would not consider another purchase.

Took forever to be delivered! Was constructed well but unfortunately my Border Collie destroyed it in about two days! Not recommend for a dog that chews up everything.

Easy ordering process, pack came on time. My four-legged niece loves her new McFluffy, she’s not much of a doggie bed user, but she loves this one.

I have 3 adult dogs, 1- 6 month old, and 9 - 5 week old puppies - all English Setters. They ALL love it. Shipping took a while! The sizing is off, just ordered another one in XL this time. The bed is so soft, and the middle area is extremely fluffy, as if the dogs may feel some kind of weightlessness on the bed. I just wish it was a little cheaper, ever with using discounts on each order!

The wrong size was sent in error. In trying to return, I could not get an address to send it back to. After several failed attempts, I gave up and letting my dogs use them inside their original bed. Very disappointed, thought it would all settle out but no. And I had originally bought three beds so we are not talking about a couple of dollars. I will never use this site again.
