Dog Beds Return: I wanted to return my two…
I wanted to return my two unsatisfactory dog beds (very thin) and was told to either ship them to an address in China or I would receive 15% of the cost of the items. This is not what I would consider “refundable”!

It's nice
It's nice, but I thought it would be firmer/more supportive. True to size, but I wish it was bigger. I got the XXL for my 60lb lab and he fits if he's curled up, but there's no room to stretch.

Very disappointed with size
I was delighted with the bed itself but it was far too small for my Huntaway/Welsh collie. He hasn’t even stepped onto it. Such a great pity as, small as it is, it looks invitingly comfortable. It is a good size for small/miniature dogs. Very disappointed. Tania Szabo.

Took a bit to get the product
Took a bit to get the product, however I was in no real hurry, I ordered it at the busiest time of the year and trucking companies are struggling. Love the product but more importantly our dog LOVES the product.
