When I purchased one
When I purchased one, the screen indicated I would get it before Christmas. It arrived on Jan 12. It sat in NY for at least 10 days until I complained and then went to Chicago where it sat for several days. Chicago is the long way to get to NC from NY, especially in the winter. Customer Service was terribly polite but clueless.

Dog bed stuffing
I have purchased a dog bed like these,but with this bed the stuffing in the middle is quite sparse. Need more for my arthritic pup.

My dog loves her new bed and sleeps…
My dog loves her new bed and sleeps soundly. The Fluffy bed makes this anxious fur-baby feel relaxed and safe. I love it, and so does Punk’in.

Terrible experience!!!!
Terrible experience!!!!! I would not give you i star!!!! I have not received this product from you and you charged my card December 16th $83.00. I have asked you to cancel this order and reimburse me. Your response has been weak and none at all!!!!!! Please refund me 83.00. It is lost or ???????? Doris Harrach. I would like a response from you!!!! I am 86 years old this was a gift I don’t have this kind of money to throw away.

Comfy but irresistible to chew on!
I will say the customer service is excellent! Unfortunately the bed was not a good fit for my 2 yo labradoodle. He laid in it briefly once but at his next interaction he chewed a hole and got to the batting within 3 minutes. The bed was rendered unusable within 6 hours of receiving it.
