The beds are soft and fluffy, very good quality but L is pretty tight for a 40lb dog. HUGE issue with shipping, they sat in a warehouse for weeks after I was told they had shipped. When one arrived way after Christmas I emailed and asked them to comp an XL in stead as the 2nd bed was STILL in the warehouse. What a surprise, the L got here really fast after that. I won't order from them again because of that.

Not even remotely as good of product as I expected. Can get better at any local pet store, Walmart, etc..,

Our dog snuggled right down into the bed; though she doesn't stay in it all night. We don't know if she gets too warm, or if it's not that comfortable. The "padding " on the bottom is questionable.

Took weeks waiting, so delivered long after Christmas. I ordered a 24 inch bed as recommended by Mr fluffy friend (for a Westie) - it measures at least 2 inches less and is far from big enough - consequently, although the material is lovely - my Westie is not interested. It is too small, and to return would be difficult as I didn't realise - I think it is imported from America? If the UK I would return it as it was expensive. Order 113183 13 Dec 2022

Well delivery took a little longer, I have a throw that is the same fabric, the price for this is steep. I got this for my cat, she hates it.

The bed my cat loves it. It is to small for my dogs would get the xL next time. I have Pete’s thought M would be big enough

It wasn't a great experience. I ordered a bed for a Christmas gift on December 15. It is January 17 and I have not received it yet. It said 7-21 days for shipping. I reached out 2-3 times and it took several days to get any response. While the response was courteous, each time the person just asked me to wait a few more days. I would not order again.
