Can’t get my dog out of it!

DO NOT BUY!! Poor quality, the filling is a synthetic material that lumps together, and it’s also very thin in places. The dog chewed it in 2 days, then spilled out everywhere. Really not great! It also took weeks to arrive.. best to avoid! Edit: I have received a reply asking to email them, but if there is a solution, happy to hear it here. No interest in having to return to China for £60 cost…

DO NOT BUY IT! Worse experience ever, the quality of the mat was terrible, very light and cheap made considering it not cheap to buy. The shipping time took too much longer than 21 days which was what it shows on the website. The tracking number that I received in the email never work. I requested to cancel the order as it took too long to arrive, got a response from the customer service saying it can not be cancelled because it has been dispatched, however the tracking number was showing not found on the tracking system.

My dogs love the 3 beds I purchased I have yet to try washing them!

Would not use this company again, ordered a big bed for my dog which took weeks to come,unfortunately my dog got sick and had to be put down,the bed come I tried to return item no address in package,kept sending emails they said I could keep bed which has really upset me, reminded of my beautiful dog ,they offered 10% and then 25% which I took so I only got17,50 p back out,I payed 70pounds gave bed to charity shop

the email confirming purchase was not sent; and long delay in removing money from credit caused a second purchase to be made as needed for christmas present. Notified of issue as soon as both withdrawals were seen on credit card. "too late to stop process" to return item to China required recorded delivery which was about £60 The beds are good; but would not deal with this company again Update following response: I did contact using the email given. Very unhelpful
