Inferior product and when you try and return it they fight you about it. 15% or 25% off if you keep a bed that does not work for your pet. No pride in their products ! Just trying to rip you off. The other reviews I read said if you get to the return phrase you have to send it back to China. Look else way for a dog bed.

Shipment took over a month and when product arrived it was the wrong size definitely not the same product on photograph on web site. We ordered the XXL Dog bed and our puppy is 18 weeks old and looks like it may work for two more weeks before he out grows the small dog bed that was sent. BUMMER sorry we spent so much for this product.

The shipping experience was bizarre. After placing the order, I was sent a "tracking number" to a site in the Netherlands that after translation, couldn't find the order. Their customer service can only be reached by email, no phone number (or actual address) is provided on the website. They took about a week to respond to multiple emails before finally providing a working link to a Chinese tracking app that showed the slow progress of the shipment from China to here. They stated it would arrive in 7-21 days, it took 30 days. The dog bed is soft and reasonably nice, though I don't see anything anxiety reducing about it. There is no manufacturer's label providing any information on materials used, or washing instructions for it. Just after I ordered the bed at the regular price of $83, the company announced a 60% off sale, but that didn't do me any good. Given the overall experience, I wouldn't buy again even if given the 60% discount.

My dog loves her new bed. You will want to work on reducing the shipping time, ordered Dec 22, delivered Jan 17.

I have yet to receive my order. It was placed December 20th, and it has been in transit for 4 weeks.
