Ordered 12/14 but delivered 2nd half of Jan. Excuses of holiday and COVID as delays were a copout. I sent multiple emails asking the where abouts with little effort from Mr Fluffy. As it was, the size (to small) delivered was wrong. But to wait another 4 to 6 weeks for the correct size is too much frustration. If I had a business and took this long to deliver my product, I would be out of business for failure to correspond and deliver to my customers.

We bought two of your beds for our dogs. We thought they would be thick and fluffy. They are thin and don't provide our dogs much insulation from cold floor in winter. The much cheaper ones they already had are much better. A waste of money.

Beware of returning your product. My dog wouldn’t use the bed so I asked for instructions to return. They sent me an address to print and put on the package….to China!!! Out of curiosity I went to find out how much..$170+. Ridiculous!! Can’t believe it when they have warehouses in the US

I was shipped an additional MrFluffy despite my request not to do so. Additionally, it was 7-8 days AFTER ORDERING that the item(s) were shipped and even then didn't arrive until mid-January. The return procedures require you to ship back to China only afterwich you receive your refund. I opted to receive the 15% refund to keep, but I will never-ever have anything to do with this company.

Wrong size bed was sent contacting help told us we could send it back for a restocking fee. I’ve asked for mailing directions to the look or at least location of closest place to return I have not received an answer. Was offered a 15% discount. If I would keep it I countered with 25% have not heard an answer on that either.

No communication; still no refund or even acknowledgement of my return. My bad for trusting an organization that didn't communicate delivery would be later than previously stated, etc. And now, just silence

Instant Love! As soon as I put the Mr. Fluffy Friend on the floor our dog was in it. Since it arrived he no longer gets on the furniture. The only downside is that it took forever to arrive.

The delivery was late and the bed too small but Fluffy Friend Company did all they could to compensate. The situation was settled amicably. Very good company with a good product.
