False advertising
False advertising, my bed was XXL and my 70 pound Labrador was way to large for this bed, it is made for a minature poodle I asked for refund and they offered 15% back, I said no I will return, they sent me some address in China, Really. What a joke, this is nothing but scam, do not buy from this company, does not stand behind there product, very unhappy with this transaction, I will spread the word around, that this company is not to be trusted and do not buy there junk and shipping took forever. I am left with a bed I can not use and no free return, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT! THEY ARE TROUBLE AND A JOKE TO DEAL WITH! I AM A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER! Find another company to buy this bed from, you are better off with Amazon or Chewy, at least they stand behind their product and it is always free returns if not satisfied and shipping is faster. I would not buy from them again, you will be taking a risk! Would give them 0 stars if I could!
