I ordered a pet anxiety bed 6 weeks ago ——— I’ve still NOT received it! Making contact with the company is difficult, there’s not a contact number. I’ve chased up via emails, getting replies a couple of days later. The volume of post has been blamed, my address has been questioned!! It’s now in the hands of PayPal for a refund. I would not go near this company!!

Products are awesome! I would have given them 5 stars but their customer service is severely lacking. You can only reach by email and it takes about 10 days to get a response. There is no way to cancel a double shipment or order, you have to wait until you receive the product. There delivery time is more like 15 a 20 days not 5 - 7 days as indicated on the site. I don’t believe I’ll order anything else from due to their lack of meeting timelines for support or delivery.

Our dog absolutely loves this bed! I'm taking away 1 star because they vacuum seal the bed and it comes out kind of wonky and never really recovers fully. We bought a second bed when the first one got old. Will buy again!

This bed took over a month to get to me. The large was way too small and unusable for a small dog. He started playing with it like it was a stuffed toy. You should not be allowed to be in business. Totally misrepresentation. I tried to cancel the order several times.

Nach einer Woche Testphase sind wir sehr zufrieden. Das Kissen wirkt in der Werbung größer und voluminöser als es tatsächlich ist. Daher eher die größere Variante wählen! Wegen der langen Lieferzeit als spontanes Geschenk eher ungeeignet.

We purchased this for our big guy, he’s a lab/shepherd mix with a bad hip at 14. I truly did not believe he’d take t it but he loves it!
