I received the medium size anti anxiety bed for our dog which initially looked too small. I contacted Dianne at Customer Service and she said ‘it was vacuum packed, let it have chance to expand now it’s open’. I was a bit pessimistic but sure enough it did increase. Our dog Prince was then given a choice of his original bed or new bed ….. he decided on new bed and loves it !! We decided to buy a second one in large which will possibly be better for him and donate the medium one to local dogs home. Customer Service was superb through the buying and my concerns. The product is very good - our dogs addicted to it. It’s worth remembering that dog likes to cuddle up inside the bed so the sides touch his body. The round 70cm was 40cm inside with 15cm sides but they do give dog warmth as they curl up so too big bed may not work. I think their size and breed guide is accurate. We recommend MrFluffyFriend without hesitation.

My Buddy loves his new bed!

My dog immediately layed down on his new bed and has never slept so soundly. He absolutely loves it.

I accidentally bought the wrong size bed for my dog. I contacted this company over 2 weeks ago to return and buy a larger size. This survey is the first time I'm hearing back from you all. But now the box is gone and my dogs been laying on the bed. If your customer care was better, not only would I have bought the larger bed, I would have bought 2. One for home and one for work. Now I will find a bed elsewhere.

Bed is soft fluffy and beautiful!

Just after ordering (within minutes)I noticed that the wrong size bed was going to be sent that was not what was advertised and clicked to order. I tried to email to correct this glitch but was told it was already shipped. I emailed again and the response was that it hadn’t shipped then but it was in processing and couldn’t be changed. I emailed a third time and was told again that they couldn’t do anything and I could just not accept the order and wait for a refund when they received back the bed. That would leave me without any proof or anything. The order was left in my mailbox and no way to have refused it. So now I would need to try to send it back and wait for a refund. This is a terrible way to do business. I asked for instructions how to send it or a return label. No response.
