MrFluffyFriend™Reviews of mrfluffyfriend.com

My purchase destination was Seattle. It sat in Los Angeles for over 10 days. It then was shipped to Chicago!!! I wanted fast delivery because it was for my dog who was dying of cancer. I contacted Mr Fluffy several times with no results. It eventually made it to Seattle but unfortunately, my dog had already passed. I was in tears.

Hätte ich mal vorher die Bewertungen gelesen. Leider drauf reingefallen.

It's a great dog bed. Well made. My 2 dogs love them. Heck I want one lol.

Honestly, it took a long time to get here and although the edges of the round part of the bed is fluffy, the bottom part is really flat and needs more cushion. I mean it’s really flat. I bought the same size bed same color with a lot more cushion in the bottom for $30 at Costco‘s.

You stated that the small bed was sufficient for a miniature dachshund and when he uses it it just tips to one side. I should have ordered a large according to your sizing specs. I did let you know thru a previous email but you never responded. I do try to understand the “no communication” part! Have a nice day!

I received my order on 01/23/2023. I was very disappointed with the quality of the item. The item was nothing like the picture on the website. It was totally flat and this provides NO support for my elderly dog. During the purchase process of the item, shipping was FREE. When I received a notice from the post office, it stated that I owed $13.35 for shipping. This is false advertising. I would like a refund for this item and I will gladly return it. A company representative reached out to me and assured me that the issue would be resolved by shaking the bed. I have shaken it more than a dozen times and it's as flat as ever.

Got 3 beds(sm, med, lg) for 3 different pets & 1 blanket. Took about 3 weeks to arrive. Sadly, My dogs don't want anything to do with them. I'm not sure why. They are soft & seem comfy, but I put them in the bed & they hop right out. The cat however loves them & goes between the small & medium size ( he's 14 lbs). They do run small. The small has ripped in the inside seam already, only a week old. Not sure how or if it came that way & I didnt notice. They do flatten out in the center quickly with use, but you can refluff. Had to wash the large one already as the cat threw up on it( yep 1 day old!). Washed nicely & refluffed it in the dryer. The light gray is more a white with background shades of blue peeking through-ok, but doesn't really look light gray. The blanket is a joke. Way overpriced for a very flimsy, very thin, Very small piece of fluff- pretty useless. Gets all wadded up & serves no purpose. Perhaps the worst thing of all this is the company says easy returns 60 days I believe, however they don't tell you they have to be shipped back to China your expense suggested guaranteed signed delivery. There's no returns in the US. Took 2 emails to customer service to find this out. They attempt to persuade you to not return items & offer a discount. I 1st said no, then they came back & offered a bigger discount & I took it. Not worth the hassle or expense to mail back to China. Was hopeful these would be great, but not so. I'll donate them to a local shelter if I can't get my dogs to use them.

I purchase a large bed for $58. It is too small, i contacted the company inquiring how to getting a larger one….it’s been a while and all I get from the company is a barrage of things to buy. FYIthe same bed s available at a store here called Beals…. $20 less. This seems to ba bogus company!
