I purchased this bed for dogs that I…
I purchased this bed for dogs that I sit for on a regular basis. Both of them LOVE that bed. I also purchased a larger bed that will be used for the next dog that comes into my life. I recently lost my beautiful Emmy Lou to cancer. I'll have surgery on the horizon so will find a new dog to love as soon as I've recovered. This bed too will be loved and used well.

La cama tiene un relleno INSUFICIENTE
La cama tiene un relleno INSUFICIENTE. Puesta al habla con la empresa les pido que me manden más cojines para rellenarla. Me dicen que no , que la devuelva si no estoy satisfecha. Pero vivo en España, una vez desembalada y montada la cama, va a ser muy difícil enviarla, será un paquete muy grande. Así que me quedo con un producto que para nada cumple lo que promete. NO LA COMPRES, NO ES LO QUE APARECE EN SU PUBLICIDAD.

Entendemos tu frustración al considerar que el relleno es insuficiente y tu preocupación por lo complicado que puede resultar devolver un producto voluminoso desde España una vez desembalado. Vemos que uno de nuestros representantes ya está revisando tu caso y atenderá tus inquietudes por correo electrónico para intentar encontrar una solución adecuada. Queremos aclararte también que, si finalmente necesitas devolver la cama, no es obligatorio utilizar el embalaje original. Puedes utilizar una caja de tu elección que permita embalarla de forma segura. Weet dat je voor eigen kosten naar Duitsland retour moet zenden
Mr fuffy friends heeft een misleidende retourbeleid. Wat ze je niet zeggen is dat je voor eigen kosten moet retour zenden en vervolgens stellen ze dat er een soort niet goed geld terug policy is maar je moet de mand die in twee zaken is geperst tot een klein pakket, in originele staat terug sturen. Dat lukt je nooit. Niet kopen die honden mand. Is ook nog erg slap trouwens

It was easy to order but it took some…
It was easy to order but it took some time to get it. The bed is big enough for my 70 lb GSD but it's not as fluffy as I expected.

We’re sorry the delivery took longer than expected and that the bed wasn’t as fluffy as you had hoped. Since our beds are compressed for shipping, allowing them time to expand and gently fluffing and massaging the filling can help it distribute more evenly. We appreciate you sharing your feedback and hope your GSD enjoys many comfortable naps in their spacious bed!

NOT memory foam & can’t cancel - DROPSHIPPING
The only reason I’m not asking for my money back is because I’m about to go on a trip and I’ve had enough stress with this. DO NOT ORDER if you want memory foam. The orthopedic pillow marketed as „innovative 3d memory foam” is NOT MEMORY FOAM. It’s cheap furniture foam that didn’t even lie next to memory foam. Moreover, I asked to cancel the order a couple of hours after ordering because I changed my mind after reading reviews - will not make this mistake again - and instead of processing my request RIGHT AWAY they said they first want to know the reason - and magically once they responded it was „already processed and couldn’t cancel the order”. Freaking scammers! Do not order from them!

I purchased this bed a few years ago…
I purchased this bed a few years ago and my dog destroyed it in a matter of days. The company recently sent me a replacement and I’m happy to report the quality has improved. My dogs Burt and Nevada love taking turns napping and snuggling in the new bed. I’m just happy my dogs love the bed so much.
