My dogs love the new bed
My dogs love the new bed We received it just before the fireworks on the 4th of July. The color is exactly what was pictured on your website. I also appreciate that I can unzip the liner and wash it.

MrFluffyfriend dog cooling mat
I read an article on Facebook about your brand so I thought I'd invest in one of your dog cooling mats . On initial impression and looking at the mat I thought the product did not look like it was worthy of spending £25 on . I have a 10yr old French bulldog who is such a fidget and at first was not interested in the mat. However if you put him on it he will then take to it and it does serve its purpose in the job it does ,thankyou.

Hi Francoise, Thank you for taking the time to share such honest feedback. We completely understand your initial impression, and we're delighted to hear that after giving it a try, your French Bulldog found it comfortable and that the cooling mat is doing exactly what it's designed to do. We hope it continues to help keep your furry friend cool and comfortable during the warmer days. Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to earn your trust! 🐾

Totally recommend
Ordered cooling mats for 2 dogs. Both dogs laid on them instantly and remained there and slept soundly. They choose to lay on them constantly. Definitely worth the money! Happy cool dogs. Totally recommend. Ordered XL which is perfect for staf size.

It's wonderful to know the XL size was the perfect fit for your Staffies. Thank you for your recommendation, and we hope your pups continue to stay cool, comfortable, and happy all summer long! 🐾

Poor customer service
It would be a minus if there were such an option. My order did not show up and it is impossible to get hold of this company except via their contact form which they often choose to ignore, meaning the customer is left out of pocket.

It’s the 2nd Mr Fluffy Friend’s bed I…
It’s the 2nd Mr Fluffy Friend’s bed I bought for my Morkie! The first was bought a few years ago and still in good condition after many washes in the washing machine. My dog immediately went to lie on it after I opened it! The base may not be as ‘plump’ as it advertises but it is still comfortable cos my girl just loves it.

It makes us so happy to know that your first bed has held up well through many washes and that your new one was an instant favorite too! My perqnese is Hugh
My perqnese is Hugh, she usually hangs over every bed i got for her before. This one is large enough for her to sleep comfortably. My other dogs use the bed when she is running around, but as soon as she comes back...it's totally hers. I'm very happy with this purchase.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Jul 10, 2026
Hi Larry, Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us! We’re delighted to hear that your Pekingese finally has a bed spacious enough for her to sleep comfortably. It sounds like she has truly claimed it as her own — although we love that your other dogs enjoy it too when they get the chance! We’re so happy that you and your furry friends are enjoying the bed.

I paid a lot of money for two dog beds…
I paid a lot of money for two dog beds for my German Shepherds and got a poor excuse for 2 dog beds that were big enough to fit a Chihuahua. TOTAL RORT AND CRAP SUPPORT TOO. DONT BY THIS CRAP. IT'S A RIPOFF...

Hi Deb, We’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with your purchase. Unfortunately, we’re unable to check your order details from this review alone, as no order information was provided, but we’d really appreciate the opportunity to look into this for you. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order details, and our team will be happy to assist. We’d also like to mention that our beds are shipped vacuum-packed to protect them during transit, so they may appear much smaller than expected when first opened. Please allow the bed some time to expand and regain its full shape and size after unpacking. We look forward to hearing from you and helping resolve this. 💙
