W przypadku poduszki uspokajającej chętnie prześlemy pomocny film instruktażowy pokazujący, jak prawidłowo ją złożyć i przygotować do użytkowania. To clarify, the tag indicates the fabric components used in the product's construction. The label information is correct. The cooling mat works by dissipating heat from your pet’s body when they lie on it. It is not designed to feel ice-cold like a mat that has been placed in a refrigerator or freezer, but rather to help draw away excess body heat and provide a cooling effect through contact. We understand that the product did not meet your expectations, and we’re sorry for the disappointment. Because our beds are vacuum-packed for shipping, we recommend allowing the bed to air out fully after unpacking, then gently massaging and shaking it to help the filling redistribute and regain its intended shape.
