This product is a bad joke! It is a THIN piece of fluffy fabric with another THIN PART that is supposed to be where you dog lies dog on to be comfortable and get therapeutic support. UGH. I threw the thing out because it was such a piece of junk. I didn’t think it was even worth donating to a shelter, it was so bad. Save your money and look somewhere else. My order number 194309. See if you can help me now.

When the bed arrived I was very surprised at how small the parcel was considering it was an X-Large bed. Once open it puffed up to full size. Our Golden Retriever loves it and snuggles into it so that you can hardly see her. The only thing is that she does get hot in it, so does not sleep in it all the time.

I ordered 2 xl orthopedic dog beds. I tried to cancel minutes after placing the order &,MrFluffyFriend wouldn't cancel. They shipped from New York City but, MrFluffyFriend wants me to return them to China for a refund. It will cost almost $100 to send these to another Continent so, I am stuck for $157 because these 2 beds are no where near what they show in the pictures. There's no filling in the center & the smell is so bad, I wouldn't let either one of my dogs near them!! I have been scammed as many other customers before me have. The lesson here is: Don't trust what you see, & check all of the reviews about a products manufacturer before pressing submit!! I work hard for my money & I hope MrFluffyFriend gets put out of business!! I turned MrFluffyFriend in to the United States Better Business Bureau (Attorney General)!! I am going to turn them in to the New York State Better Business Bureau (Attorney General) MrFluffyFriend you should be ashamed to do this to people!!

The product arrived very fast . An I am very happy with the service. The gift 🎁 is for my cat bubble . It a Christmas gift 🎁 for her. I did look at the material it look very quality the picture look very nice. I am sure she will love it. I will tell my friend about it. This the first time I order from u. The bed is smaller than I expected but it is SO super soft. My dog loves it.

Please be aware of buying anything from this site as a complete con who are based in China! I ordered a XXL for my Rottweiler,the first con is that it was £100 off reduced to £68 with limited stock and 30 day satisfaction refund without question,the 2nd con! I was appalled when l received it as nothing like advertised,flat as anything with no support for dogs at all, he might as well have slept on a hard floor! So the same day l emailed them saying it wasn’t the quality l expected and wanted to return the bed for a full refund they then replied that they would give me 10% refund to keep the bed,l insisted that the bed was only fit for the bin so l want to return it! They finally sent me a return address which was China ( if China was ever mentioned on the website then l wouldn’t have even considered buying it) after spending a lot of time packaging the bed as it comes vacuum packed,l took it to total mail and was told it was £65 to return the item as the company insist on tracked returns-the 3rd con! As they know the 30 day satisfaction is a complete con as they know that they will not receive any returns back as costs as much or more than the bed! They did offer me 30% refund which l had no alternative but to accept and put the bed in the bin- total waste of hard earned money! It shouldn’t be allowed them conning us this way so please be warned!

My dog LOVES cuddling up in her new bed, which makes me very happy. I took away one star as I agree with the previous reviews that the sizes don’t seem to match up with the actual bed. My dog weighs 68 lbs. I ordered XL. She barely fits into it. I think this is a serious issue Otherwise quality is very good and my dog does have a big smile on her face!!

My dogs love their anti anxiety beds. When we travel I bring them along (dogs and beds) and they nestle in. Our puppy drags hers all around the house so she always has her favorite place to lie down.
