My dog won't use his Fluffy Friend
My dog won't use his Fluffy Friend. Have tried everything to get him to lie in it to no avail. Saw the same product on another site for £25. Am disappointed to see this as I paid over £ 40 for mine.

Basically a scam.
Both the pictures and the description on the website are misleading. The bed is flimsy, with little stuffing, and badly shapen. Huge disappointment, feel scammed. *update* I have received an email from Trustplot letting me know I had a reply but, contrary to what their message on this site says, I got no emails whatsoever from MrFluffyFriend. Not in my spam folder either. Care to explain, Sarah?

I would not recommend this dogs bed
I would not recommend this dogs bed. I ordered large at a cost of £48.00. The bed arrived tightly packed. It expanded once removed from the package, is mishapen and not true to size. It is unusable for my 23kg dog. I requested a return, as stated in the advert. The address label, I was sent, is for China. The postage is £40.00 via parcel force. I have demanded a full refund immediately. The ad is misleading and in breach of consumer rights.

Dog bed
As soon as the bed was unpackaged, my dog got into it. It is very soft and light so can easily be moved around. Unfortunately, my dog sometimes uses it as a soft toy but, so far, it has stood up to roughhousing. My dog is very long in the body and I wish I had got a bigger bed because when he stretches out, his head lolls over the side as it is so soft.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Oct 14, 2023
Dear Susan, we're thrilled to hear that your dog took to the bed right away. It's great to know that the bed is soft and versatile, even though it sometimes doubles as a toy. If you ever decide to upgrade to a larger size, we're here to assist. We appreciate your feedback and hope your dog continues to enjoy the comfort MrFluffyFriend™ provides. I bought one of the MrFluffy beds for my dog who loved it so much I bought a second. Both came promptly and were as described - full, soft and luxurious. These two beds are his "go to", preferring even to the couch.

A Perect Fit
I saw this bed advertised and decided to take a chance with the product and I am glad I did. My daughter's dog loves it! She has a medium-sized dog but we ordered the large so that he could have plenty of room to stretch out. Everything about it is perfect, the color, the size, and the comfort.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Oct 14, 2023

Our canine family member Violet loves it!
Our canine family member Violet loves her new MrFluffyFriend bed and just this week we ordered a second one for our winter home in Florida. Although it took a bit longer than expected for the first bed to arrive, the wait was certainly worth it.
